Reservation Policy

If you wish to confirm your reservation you will be asked to:

• Complete and submit the reservation form you will receive via email or you can download from our site (reservation form).
• Pay a small deposit (determined according to the total cost of the stay) through one of the following methods: bank transfer, paypal or credit card (for these last two methods of payment, the transaction fees are at your charge). Specify in your request which mode you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

It is possible to cancel a reservation only by email. Cancellations received within 7 days before the arrival date will unfortunately result in the forfeit of the deposit in full, in the case of no show one night charge will be applied.
